INTRODUCTION OF BUSINESS

GREAT Travel Agency is one of the tourism agencies in Malaysia, which
provides services based on tourism either in Malaysia or outside Malaysia. This business
planned for three years later after having a discussion and agreement among four
shareholders who have ability and experiences in this business field.
As we know, our ministry of tourism is now promoting its campaign on " CutiCuti Malaysia" So, we decided to take this initiative to give an opportunity to all of
Malaysian and also foreign tourist to visit our wonderful and beautiful places such as
Pulau Tioman and so on.
We also provide package to China to see the Islamic heritage and culture there.
Our agency also provide package for Umrah and Ziarah. Main target for our agency is to
provide perfect ami excellent services to all types and level of tourist including personal
tourist, family, company, students of DPT and school students.
Our agency will provide services especially on:

Transportation to the destination like bus and van with a suitable price.
•
We recommend a nice and comfortable chalets and hotels for our
customers.
•
Help the tourist to get visa
We expect our business will get a good response and support from the government and
private companies. We hope and confidence our business will be successful like what we
had planned for this business.

This agreement made on April 1,2003 at Hotel Uitm, Shah Alam between the listed of
shareholders which operate as a domestic tourism agency.

I am Ahmad Faiz Munawar, IC no 820419-14-5637 will hold this partnership agreement
on behalf of partner members. Therefore, we as partner members of this business agreed
to obey the term and condition provided in this agreement.
Partnership Agreement: Termed Condition
1. this business is valid for 3 years period and will be renew on or after the expiry
date.
2. the agree job designation for each partner member in the agreement form and
condition as followed:

3. Each member will get profit after 1 year business operation and the ability is
according to capital percentage rate (25% shyer) which invest by each member in
this business.

5. The partner salaries are relies on monthly sales greed by other partners.
6. Each partner member allowed having thirty four (34) days of annual holiday.
7. Each partner are liable to hold business policy and keep all business secret. Any
amendment must have an approval from all partner members.
8. If there is a condition where one of the partner member want back their
participation from partnership. Therefore back out notice should be give within 1
month before the back out date.
9. Partnership act are jointly rights and if there is an announcement of bankruptcy,
therefore, the assets value are divided between partner followed the accumulated
capital contribution.

10. The partners who announce bankruptcy by court is not admitted to any capital
compensation and any his/her capital contribution cannot be claimed and will be
the right of other partner to have right on the matter.
11. If the death occurs among the partner, the heir has right to decide whether to
continue or back outfromthe partnership. If the heir want to be partner, nothing
amendment should be done but if the heir want back outfromthis partnership,
the company will give the heir compensation totallyfromthe late capital
contribute in this business. The partner only has 2 heir for their name.
12. Anything that includes the business property cannot be misused for personal
use.
13. Any conditions that provide in this agreement are subjected to partnership Act
1961 (Revised 1974).
14. All agreement condition can be alter ate with the approvalfromthe other partner
by 1 memorandum which include the changed and sign by partner members
Therefore, we, the partner of this business have agreed the term and condition
that started in this agreement. If one of the partner disobey the term and condition
of this agreement, there will be legal order by court on us.

ADMINISTRATION.
I.O INTRODUCTION.
A location strategy is the most important thing for our business. It easy for us to deal
with our customers. Moreover, it will make our customers feel convenient and satisfy.
After taking all the consideration, we choose Seksyen 9 at Shah Alam to operate our
tourism business. The address of our office is at No. 31A Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah
B, 9/B Seksyen 9,4000 Shah Alam (Refer the map in appendix)
I.O.I PREMISE
We rent a building at seksyen 9 Shah Alam to operate our tourism agency. The
monthly rentals for the buildings areJIM2000. The deposit for the building is RM 4000
for two month.
We choose Seksyen 9 because it is situated in a resident area. Most of the residents in
this area earn a high income. Moreover, the location is a strategic place to run a business.
This location is beside the main road. People can easily see our tourism agency clearly.
Lastly, our agency is surrounding with a lot of shops. It is easy to make business
transaction with a company around us which using our services.

1. Domestic package to travel around Malaysia (30 person per package)

For the first year of our business, we do not offer the ticketing service. It is because
for the ticketing service, we must have at least one-year experience in this business. We
also must register our business in MALTA (Malaysia Association of Tour and Travel
Agency). To obtain a license for our business we had to pay RM 500 to the Ministry of
Tourism.
We only offer the ticketing service for the second year and above of our business.
Before offer this type of services, we had to pay RM 200,000 to the airline company as a
deposit. We are also had to rent a link known as ABACAS System. This system is
important for us to link with Airline Company. With this system, we can make a booking
of a flight's ticket.
For this ticketing service, we can give the customer the flight's ticket at the time they
make the booking and the customer must give a full payment before they get the ticket. It
can make our work become more easier because we do not have to go to the airline

company to get the ticket anymore. We have authority to issue a ticket. We only issue a
ticket under MAS (Malaysian Airline System).

Salary improvement depends on the profit of the company. The more of the profit,
more salary will be given to the employees. It is also depends to the sale of that year.

Holiday per year
Every worker was given 30 days for holiday per year.
•
Bonus
Bonus will be given if the company gets the best profit. That will encourage the
workers to work harder.
