＊Not connected to the power：

→confirm switch is open.

again.
②Whether charge?

＊Can not run after power：
→At this time, please press reset button at SD card socket hole in the right-hand side.
＊Can not be sound：
①Whether charge?
→When electricity shortage,can not be sound. please charge.
②Whether the pen mode?
→If you are in recording mode ,please switch to pen mode.
③Whether the SD card is inserted, or whether insert the correct SD card?
→Please insert the correct SD card.
④In the SD card if there are sound files?
→Make sure if there is correct sound files in the SD card.
⑤SD card if there are several sound files in the SD card.
→if there are several sound files, through the up and down key to select the file you
want to listen.
