How it works
Candidates are given a variety of realistic situations likely to be encountered in the
role and asked to choose the most and/or least effective response. The assessment
can be delivered online in a text based format, as a video or even as a 2D/3D
animation. Each candidate’s results are then benchmarked against a relevant
comparison group and given a percentile score.
