CLASS POLICIES
1. Students must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Always log in/out in the attendance
logbook.
2. Regular attendance is encouraged. The center does not provide make-up sessions other than the
diagnostic test and the first lecture session. A student who has been absent can sit in another class for
the missed subject, provided that he has submitted an excuse letter, signed by his/her parent/guardian.
The student can do self-study and coordinate with the teacher for assignments and seatwork. The
student shall be responsible for catching up on missed classes.
3. Bring the right books for the corresponding subject.

4. There is a 15-minute break during each 4-hour session, which allows students time for a snack, a
bathroom break, and making important calls. Cell phones, laptops, and music players must be kept away
and turned to silent mode during classes. Classes will resume promptly after 15 minutes.
5. Students must submit assignments on time.
6. Accomplish assignments to the best of your ability. You may consult your teachers for clarification of
lessons and assignment details. Treat your classes as you would your regular school sessions.
7. Keep your study area neat and tidy. Put all trash in the waste bin. Keep in mind that other students are
also using the classroom and its facilities.
