Enterprise System & Securing Policy (Ch.2 & 8): Define business process and
strategy to improve the relationship between organization’s activities and
its information system. Define how to secure and use framework for

Ethical Issues & Customer Intimacy (Ch.4 & 9): Evaluate all impacts and
protections of information rights, privacy, and ethical issues to integrating
all customer information systems and making them available throughout

The format of the questions can be:
- Identify a factor, scope out a system, list some relationships
- Define business model and strategy
- Describe related enterprise application
- Draw a conventional process diagram
Advices
What to be expected:
- Maintain numbering for all answers / orders / classifications.
- Better shorten a unique answer with well-defined keywords / statements.
- Emphasize a driver approach for the enterprise system.
- Global solution to shape business process and improvement.
- Illustrate a descriptive diagram with consistent flows, direct a line to process
relationships, meaningful process name & captions, and well-defined linkages.
What to be avoided:
- Answers not related or not adapted to given conditions
- Diagram without proper usage of symbolic, directive flow, naming, linkage.
- Static answers (listing of elements without brief relationship / description)
- Out of scope system / software / application / technology / infrastructure,
unnecessary implementation beyond the conditions.
- Business model without process relationship input / rules / conditions / output.
- Outdated Information System solutions (main frames, EDI…).
