Miami Dolphin Stadium A Broad and Cassel attorney served as counsel on the construction of the Miami Dolphin stadium (now known as Sun Life Stadium) project, preparing key transactional documents for purchase, lending, security and a subsequent refinancing. In case a project goes wrong, Broad and Cassel has experience in composing dispute resolution policies and procedures including multi-tiered dispute processes and dispute resolution boards. Several of our attorneys are Board Certified Construction Attorneys and Construction Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.
