Tentative Future Course of Action for HGCTA All the local unit office bearers of the HGCTA are requested to discuss and debate the future course of action to be adopted by the association. The current tentative schedule waiting approval of the house is as follows:  Notice of strike to be served to the govt. with a ten/fifteen day’s period on the 14th of July 2014.  Wearing of black badges on the 15, 16 and 17 July.  Mass casual leave on the 21st of July 2014 and symbolic dharna at college level. All local units are to submit a memorandum addressed to the CM at the Deputy Commissioners office.  Mass casual leave and dharna at DG Higher Education office on the 23rd of July 2014.  Mass strike after a fifteen day (tentative) period from 14 July 2014. All office bearers are requested to deliberate on these issues and get the necessary mandate from their respective colleges. Looking forward towards your co‐operation and participation.
