Treatment
SuboxoneTM is prescribed by a physician for opiate
addicts to ease the severe withdrawal symptoms of
opiate detox. The program includes group and individual counseling, urine screens and support group
meetings. Once stabilized, the client is stepped
down to no drugs.

Fleming House, a 10 unit, multi-family structure.
provides transitional supportive housing and services
for homeless, recovering women and their children.
On-site day care provided.

Oxford House three-quarter way, communal living
environment for recovering men.

Hearthside Program consists of 5 Section 8 vouchers for permanent housing for homeless, disabled
individuals. These vouchers will supplement the rent
costs and the individuals will receive case management services as a part of this program.
Both Fleming House and Oxford House host
community based support groups meetings daily.
