BONUS OVERVIEW

Wings & Wheels has been one of the most popular and successful programs in WorldVentures history.
Since the program’s inception, thousands of Reps have qualified for payments toward silver BMWs
through this program. So, why change the model? We want to make it even more accessible! We
expect the trial programs we’re announcing at UNITED 2014 to bring ongoing income potential to
twice as many Reps who are currently receiving ongoing income.
Have a few questions on what has changed? We thought you might. We’ve compiled a list of
questions and answers to clarify everything about the enhancements to the Wings & Wheels Bonus. If
we missed one, let us know and we’ll get your question answered, too.
Q. How long does the trial run?
A. It starts on April 5, 2014, and runs until August 1, 2014.
Q. What is the minimum volume level required to qualify for this new bonus?
A. Qualification begins at just $3,000 in volume through your lineage organization. (See additional
requirements illustrated below.)
Q. What does it take to qualify for the new Wings & Wheels Bonuses? And how much is the payout?
A. There are two tiers to the bonus.
*Tier 1 pays $300/month. You can qualify for the Tier 1 bonus with $3,000 in lineage sales volume and five active personal
customers of DreamTrips Membership products. No more than $1,667 in volume can come from a single
line of sponsorship.
**At Tier 2, the bonus pays 8 percent of lineage sales volume at or above $5,000 up to $11,250, so Reps who meet the
requirements can receive up to $900 per month (8 percent of $11,250 in volume). To qualify for the Tier 2 bonus you need
at least $5,000 in lineage sales volume and six active personal customers of DreamTrips Membership products. As with
Tier 1, no more than $1,667 in volume can come from a single line of sponsorship.

Q. How can I create volume that applies toward the Wings & Wheels Bonus?
A. Your personal sales of WorldVentures’ membership products—initial and monthly fees—and
your personal sales from the new DreamTrips MarketPlace* count toward your Wheels Bonus.
Volume created in your lineage organization for these products also counts on a dollar-for-dollar
basis but refer to the volume chart in the back office. Spillover volume—that is, volume created
by Representatives in your binary organization who do not belong to one of your lines of personal
sponsorship—does not count toward this bonus.
Q. Do my purchases for personal consumption count toward the bonus?
A. No. Only your personal sales to others. However, any membership or DreamTrips MarketPlace*
products purchased in your lineage organization count toward your Wheels volume, even if some of
these purchases are for personal consumption by Reps or Members in your downline.
*The DreamTrips MarketPlace is available to the U.S. market only at this time.
Q. Are there any changes to the Wings Program?
A. The Wings Program remains in place. You still qualify to have your monthly fees waived when you
maintain four active personal membership customers.
Q. Do I need to buy a specific make of car to qualify for the full payout?
A. Not during the current promotional period. Every Rep who qualifies will receive the full $300 at
Tier 1, or the full 8 percent at Tier 2, with no requirement to purchase a car. During this promotional
period, we’ve pulled out all the stops and you can use this bonus income in any way that you feel
brings more fun, freedom and fulfillment into your life!
Q. The new active personal customer requirement is higher. Is there a grace period to achieve
the additional personal membership customers?
A. Yes. Up to now, the requirement for the Wings & Wheels Bonus was four active personal customers
of DreamTrips Membership products. This trial program requires five active DreamTrips Membership
customers for the $300 payout and six for the 8 percent payout. However, if you qualified for the
Wheels Bonus in March 2014, or if you were in a grace month after previously qualifying for the
Wheels Bonus, then you get two months to meet the new personal sales requirement. In April
and May 2014, you can receive full payout on these new bonuses with only four active personal
customers, providing you meet all the other requirements.
Q. I’ve already earned my silver BMW. Do I lose money with this program if my volume is closer
to $5,000 than to $11,250?
A. No. If you qualified for the $600 bonus at any time under the previous program, we’ve instituted
special “grandfathering” rules to ensure you continue to receive compensation at that level as long
as you continue to qualify. Assuming you achieve at least $4,999 in lineage sales volume, with no
more than $1,667 coming from a single leg, and six active personal sales (four in April 2014 and May
2014), your payout for that month will be no less than $600, even if 8 percent of your actual lineage
sales volume works out to be less than that.
Q. Are there still grace months for those who miss qualifying for the bonus?
A. In general, no. If you qualify for the bonus in a given month, you receive the payout. If you find that
you are not on track for qualifying for the bonus, the DreamTrips MarketPlace* provides a powerful
new mechanism to generate more volume. However, for those who are already car-qualified with
their silver BMW and are subject to the grandfathering rules mentioned above, grace months will
continue to apply.

Q. Can you show me some examples of how the grandfathering and grace month provisions
work for those who are already qualified for their BMW?
A. Sure. Here are a couple of timelines illustrating how the grandfathering and grace month rules
could play out. Both of these examples assume that the Rep qualified for the $600 bonus at some
point prior to April 2014.

Q. If thousands more are expected to earn the $300 bonus, and many will earn up to $900 under
this new trial program, how can WorldVentures afford it?
A. Your leaders believe that the most effective way to accelerate their own business is to bring
the best opportunity to the broadest range of Reps possible. That is the fundamental conviction
underpinning this trial. In view of that, we polled many of your leaders who agreed to work in
partnership with us to make this possible. Your IMDs will give up double cycle bonuses for the
length of this trial in the belief that the growth it will create at all levels will quickly compensate for
that loss. Our analysis shows that the disparity this creates will be made up with only an 8 percent
increase in activity.
Q. What does the reduction in double cycle bonuses mean to me?
A. Leaders at the top rank will pay the largest part in this adjustment. Double cycle bonuses will be
limited to three per week (instead of four) for all ranks. However, most Reps will have zero impact to
cycle bonuses. And again, our analysis shows that any disparity you do experience will be made up
with only an 8 percent increase in activity.
