I want to express my sincerest

past year. I truly valued his guidance in my

brotherhood that we

meeting minutes, and other information or photos concerning our members, their families, or parishioners will no longer be published in the

Resolution
Whereas, Council 3109 provides monetary, logistical, and labor support for The Holy Name
of Jesus Church, and,
Whereas, Monsignor Cesar Encinares (Msgr Ching) is retiring form active ministry on June
30, 2015, and,
Whereas, THNOJ parish staff requested that Council 3109 members prepare a pancake
breakfast to honor Msgr Ching with an appropriate retirement sendoff, and,
Whereas, THNOJ parish has agreed to reimburse Council 3109 for the cost of the pancake
breakfast, which was $541.00, and,
Whereas, Council members provided setup, food preparation and serving, and cleanup of
the facility after all parishioners left the parish hall, and,
Whereas, although Council funds have not been specifically designated for this purpose, sufficient funds are available in the Council accounts for the Council to absorb all costs for the supplies necessary to host this pancake breakfast for the parishioners, and,
Whereas, Council 3109 officers have recommended approval of this use of Council funds.
Therefore, be it hereby resolved that the Council members approve the donation of $541.00
to The Holy Name of Jesus Church, funds to be used to offset the costs of the farewell pancake
breakfast honoring Msgr Ching.
