forwithdrawal.Ifeffortstocontactthestudenthavebeenunsuccessful,orunacknowledged,thefaculty
membershallthenseektheaidoftheAcademicAffairsofficeincontactingthestudent.TheAcademicAffairs
officeshallprovidethestudentwithinformationabouttheexistingappealsprocedures.Uponreceivinga
writtenrequestforwithdrawalfromthefacultymember,theAcademicAffairsoffice,followingguidelines
