Students will have the opportunity to fly over to FIU and live the FIU experience. You will visit the FIU main facility, participate in seminars, lectures, interact with FIU’s regular faculty and students, and also visit one of FIU’s partners companies.

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher in all upper division course work.
• Have 4 or more years of managerial experience.
• Obtain two letters of recommendation from faculty members, professional supervisors/managers or business associates.
• Complete a personal interview and submit a one page essay on motivation to attend the program.
In selecting participants, the Admissions Committee considers the following:
• Demonstrated professional work experience and effectiveness potential for significant growth ability to do graduate work in business.
• Ability to contribute to the study team and to class participation, maturity and motivation.
• Ability and willingness to make a 20 month commitment.

• A current Resume.
• Two letters of recommendation.
• Statement of purpose.
• A non-refundable US$30 application fee (credit card payment online or US $ draft payable to FIU).
• Official TOEFL scores (minimum score 550 paper-based, or 213 computer-based, or 80 internetbased), or IELTS minimum 6.5.
