ACU Series controllers support static IP addressing and have
10 Mbps Ethernet support onboard. They are optimum for
distributed RS485 bus architecture where access control
readers, alarm points, and I/O control points are wired to remote
interface modules. They are an excellent solution for Sensitive
Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
•M Series
M Series controllers offer the highest level of network flexibility,
support static IP, Dynamic DNS, DHCP and have 10/1000 Mbps
Ethernet support onboard. They are optimum for hub-and-spoke
installations, where access control readers, alarm points, and I/O
control points are wired back centrally in a star configuration.
They are flexible solutions to a variety of levels of SCIF operations.
