Infrastructure Asset Management Infrastructure Asset Management, by implication, requires the ability to manage your assets with the highest amount of pragmatism, efficiency and quality while remaining economically viable. Generally, research shows that the levels of expertise in data management at the Water Utilities are very low or non-existent. Aging infrastructure and the increased demand for water, has put a lot of pressure on the Water Authorities & other Authorities/Entities which have assets to be maintained and managed. Solutions are required to identify weak spots in the infrastructure. Cornet and Kinsbergen has put together existing technologies and ground breaking new technologies into a package which aims to address these requirements. This makes it possible to bring our clients back on track with the latest management standards. Cornet & Kinsbergen utilizes highly sophisticated instrumentation and equipment to identify leaks, wire breaks, pitting and corrosion and to repair all types of water pipelines. Its interventions have resulted in low cost and highly reliable solutions. In addition, Cornet & Kinsbergen forms collaborative partnerships with customers to develop unique and userfriendly software packages. Our pipeline integrity management services are focused mainly on Water Utilities and Water Authorities on the African continent. The current technology is applicable to pipelines that range from 600mm in diameter up to 4000mm in diameter.
