In Response to your offer of contract:
We are hereby giving you 7 (seven) days’ notice, under UCC LAW MERCHANT and
Contract Law to provide us with the WET INK CONTRACT as we are contesting the
validity of the “alleged” contract. As a plain statement of fact, there never was a contract to
begin with.
ALL COMMERCE IS CONTRACT; ALL CONTRACT IS LAW; NO CONTRACT NO LAW.
Therefore, upon your failure to present us with a WET INK CONTRACT, we will proceed
with foreclosure filings on your CORPORATION, it’s AGENTS and ASSIGNS.

Further Note: The commercial admiralty law, it’s banking processes, corporate governance,
political mob rule and ALL commercial court due processes used to ILLEGALLY and
UNLAWFULLY secure and enslave this land was ALREADY LEGALLY FORECLOSED

and are aware of these facts including the banks, the courts, the political leaders, key
businessmen, media chief editors etc.,but they are purposefully not notifying the Public.
You are now plundering on their behalf. Watch “The Obama Deception” by Alex Jones on
the net to see who is profiting off of you; who your real bosses are. If you are earning your
Living and profiting in any way from the loss of someone else’s Peace, Freedom, Property
and Happiness, then you are willingly, knowingly and purposefully engaging in PIRACY
(barratry) and acting under FULL private liability and accountability.
By reading this Notice and Order there is no more plausible deniability on your behalf of “I
did not know”. You are accountable and will be held as such by the One People as a private
living, flesh and blood man or woman.
ORDER: You are hereby ORDERED to PROVE UP YOUR CLAIM or CEASE and DESIST
under the COLOUR OF LAW and International Common Law Jurisdiction, at The One Law
of: “Do no harm, cause no loss and do not impede the freedom of others”.
The PTY (Ltd) REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA has been legally foreclosed on as a
fraudulent bankrupt entity owned by federal banksters who are currently jumping ship,
resigning or being arrested for treason & economic crimes against humanity. This includes
the Vatican, including the ex-crown of the british empire and ex-representative, ex-queen of
England, Elizabeth Mary Windsor. Warrants of arrest have already been issued.
For South Africa, there will be a Truth and Reconciliation Tribunal on these matters. Lists of
names are currently being compiled.
THEREFORE, you have BEEN WARNED. CONTINUE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. You
currently have no locus standi and engaging in criminal activity, piracy (barratry) and acting
in breach of numerous International Treaties and Charters. You will be summonsed to
appear before a Tribunal into crimes of church and state for causing purposeful and wilful
harm or loss. Please inform yourself properly. Ignorance of the New Law is no excuse.
A violation of International Common Law is a breach of numerous Charters and Treaties;
including International Common Law, endorsed by Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin,
Johannesburg, London, Rome, New York, Vancouver AND Almighty GOD.
You are hereby ORDERED to re-send this email and all attachments to ALL STAFF in your
company and any/all databases you may have access to. By failing to RE-EDUCATE
others, you are engaging in obstruction of justice.

Amnesty Notice:
You can apply for Amnesty by re-oathing and re-bonding yourself to the One People at
International Common Law and UCC, to the One People of the Land commonly known as
South Africa, in order that you may have proper authority and proper locus standi as you
currently have NONE. You are currently holding a pirate flag and you are floating on your
own at sea. Please find the relevant, attached Oath & Bonds, including the Common Law

1. You may be summonsed to an International Common Law Court of Justice and held
accountable by those you brought harm and loss to, as complicit in barratry, before a jury of
the One People, in a Tribunal, starting January, 2014.
2. You will be asked questions such as: Who you were working for? Who was instructing
you to perform the tasks in question? Who were you aiding and abetting?
3. Your name and email address has been recorded by ITCCS and has been added to the
2014 National Arrest Warrant List, starting January 2014. Please become a part of the
solution and not the problem.
