President after I retired from the world bank, I was engaged in the tourism industry, I still do part time work for ADB. Awarded Centennial Professor by the University in 2008, and Outstanding Educator by the UP Medical Alumni Society in 2010, Dr. EYAN continues her work as technical consultant to the DOH National Voluntary Blood Services Program, which has taken her to all the regions in the country giving lectures/ workshops on transfusion medicine and blood safety, as far as Papua New Guinea (WHO). WILFREDO M. CABALLA, AB’69 Wilfredo “Cabby” Caballa is 66 years old, and a retired business owner in the physical fitness industry. He is currently a consultant and board member of Septem, Inc. He finished his secondary schooling at the U.P. Prep High School, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from U.P. in 1969. His areas of expertise are intellectual property law and litigation. Mr. Somera was an accredited Mediator for appellate cases having completed his training at the Philippine Judicial Academy of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. Tagudando hails from Tarlac and he is the Regional Director of the National Capital Region, Department of Public Works and Highways.
