Biographies
Donal Laverty
Partner
Donal is a Partner in Baker Tilly Consulting specialising in Organisational Design and
Development. He has worked in HR and OD Consulting for twenty years within the UK,
Ireland and internationally. Donal’s range of skills and experience lie in assisting
organisations and individuals in testing and developing the design and development of
organisations; assisting in implementation development strategies, facilitating
organisational and individual performance and aligning design, culture, performance and
capability.
Donal has a specific track record of working with almost 700 organisations in facilitating
and implementing major change. He has supported large and complex transformation
projects and has led the review of resources/headcount in many projects across a wide
range of sectors. He has particular experience in advising organisations on risk adverse approach to supporting
people out of organisations.
Peter Lunio
Director
Peter Lunio is an Associate Director in Baker Tilly's Management Consultancy Practice and
leads the Social Housing consultancy team as well as being a Group Board member of
New Charter. He brings a wealth of both strategic/operational knowledge and expertise in
business process transformation, change management, large scale programme
management and Value for Money. He primarily specialises in working with organisations
to help transform their organisations.
Peter is a leading authority on the key trends in VfM/Cost Reduction having published
many articles in leading journals on the subject. He has also been a guest speaker at many
associated conferences, having spoken in the past three years at the NHF national
conference, as well as a recent CIH conference on VfM. As the leader, Peter is
instrumental in the national development of Baker Tilly’s Social Housing Back Office Benchmarking (BOB)
programme.
Tony Bryan
Founder and Chief Executive
Tony Bryan is the Founder and Chief Executive of Vantage Business Solutions. Established
in 1999, Vantage is one of the market leaders in VFM, Lean and Property Maintenance
consultancy within the Housing Sector.
An experienced business consultant and trainer, Tony has featured in Housing,
Maintenance, CIPFA and Financial Times publications. He is in demand as a speaker at
Housing Conferences including CIH, NHF, NHC, CIPFA and the Direct Works Forum.
During the past five years, Tony and his team have achieved in excess of £60million of
cashable savings for clients in the housing sector.
