He has worked in HR and OD Consulting for twenty years within the UK, Ireland and internationally. Donal’s range of skills and experience lie in assisting organisations and individuals in testing and developing the design and development of organisations; assisting in implementation development strategies, facilitating organisational and individual performance and aligning design, culture, performance and capability. Donal has a specific track record of working with almost 700 organisations in facilitating and implementing major change. He has supported large and complex transformation projects and has led the review of resources/headcount in many projects across a wide range of sectors. Peter Lunio Director Peter Lunio is an Associate Director in Baker Tilly's Management Consultancy Practice and leads the Social Housing consultancy team as well as being a Group Board member of New Charter.
