FRANK TRALLI EARNS CORPORATE FINANCE SPECIALIST DESIGNATION
FROM THE CANADIAN INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS
In our continuing efforts to provide exceptional value added services to our clients, Frank Tralli
recently earned the Corporate Finance Specialist Designation (“CF”) from the Canadian Institute
of Chartered Accountants (“CICA”).
Mr. Tralli completed the Corporate Finance Education Program which is a two-stage program
spanning 18 months developed and maintained jointly by the CICA and the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The program combines self-study, technical
lectures, guest speakers, and hands-on group workshops. At the completion of the education
program, participants are required to pass a final exam encompassing all facets of the corporate
finance syllabus. Successful candidates are then required to submit an application to the CICA’s
Corporate Finance Working Group outlining their relevant working experience in corporate
finance. Successful applicants are awarded the Corporate Finance designation and are entitled
to use the letters “CF”.
There are only approximately 1,100 professionals who hold the CF designation worldwide. More

By earning the CF designation, Mr. Tralli is uniquely suited to assist clients with all of their
corporate finance issues including: business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financing
alternatives and capital structure optimization.
