Lo Li is the Director of Applications Development and Integration, Global Technology at InterContinental Hotels Group. She has been leading IHG’s PERFORMSM Revenue Management Software Development discipline since 2001 with varying roles in software development, quality assurance, maintenance and thought leadership. She is responsible for the deployment and oversight of PERFORMSM globally across over 4000 hotels and serves as a liaison with internal and external business clients. Most recently she has partnered with the business regions to successfully launch the industry leading, award winning Price Optimization application across over 2,500 hotels globally. Lo Li has a deep passion in mentoring and fostering the next generation of technologists. She actively participates and volunteers in several organizations such as Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), WIT, and IHG’s Engaging Women in Technology (eWIT). She is also a Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of Phoenix. Lo Li is multi-lingual - fluent in Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, English, and is the recent recipient of IHG’s Global Technologist of the Year (2010) award, a honoree at WIT’s Women of the Year Award (2011), the winner of the Stevie’s Business Woman of the Year Award (2011), finalist of the Franz Edelman Award (2011) and the recipient of NAAMBA’s Global Emerging Leader under 40 award (2012). Lo Li received a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, graduated with honors as a Presidential Scholar, recipient of merit scholarship from the society of management information systems, and is a distinguished member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
