The SJH- Child Development Center (CDC) provides comprehensive multi-disciplinary team services for children with confirmed or suspected developmental, neurobehavioral and learning disabilities. Services are available from infancy to age 21 years. The Multidisciplinary Team approach is used to provide evaluation, individualized treatment planning and resource services for families of children who have developmental issues, behavioral disorders, and special healthcare needs. Children experiencing difficulty: *Sittingvelopmental *Walking *Talking *Playing *Feeding *Dressing *Attending *Learning The SJH-Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) Diagnostic Center is one of six Regional FAS Diagnostic Centers in New Jersey. The SJHC-FAS Diagnostic Center provides comprehensive, state of the art evaluations and treatment planning for children exposed to alcohol in utero. The Multidisciplinary Team: SJH-Early Intervention Program (EIP): The SJH-Early Intervention Program (EIP) provides diagnostic and treatment services for children birth to age three years with a medical condition or developmental delay that qualifies them for New Jersey Early Intervention Services. EIP services are family focused and designed to support the family in enhancing their child’s overall development. All services are provided in the child’s natural environment (e.g., home; childcare setting; etc.).
