EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
OVERVIEW Sierra Snow has spent the last five years designing, building and testing the next generation winter
motor sports vehicle. The best technologies from six different sports have been combined to create
the Sierra Snow ³Snow Runner´ (SR). Our vehicles push the snow vehicle experience where it
KDVQ¶WEHHQEHIRUH; small, lightweight, and easy to handle yet providing extreme performance for the
experienced rider. Sierra Snow has a $16B addressable market and we project growth to a $45M
company in four to five years.
MARKET OPPORTUNITY Our expansive market opportunity parallels the creation of the Jet Ski and personal watercraft

performance and individualized vehicle, with the only alternative being much larger, higher priced
jet powered boats. The market opportunity was bridged with the invention of the Jet Ski, or personal
watercraft (PWCUHVXOWLQJLQWKHFDSWXUHRI¶V of millions in ensuing market share by key
innovators and their companies.
Our Sierra Snow ³Snow Runner´ (SR) is the PSV or Personnel Snow Vehicle of this decade.
Lightweight, high-powered and individualized, our PSV bridges the existing gap in the snowmobile
marketplace today by providing a performance enhanced but cost reduced snow vehicle experience.
Like the Jet Ski, the introduction of our vehicle will create an expansion point in the marketplace
drawing in an estimated 200,000 or more new PSV sports enthusiasts in just the first several years,
expanding
our opportunity for even greater success.
THE SOLUTION Sierra Snow will manufacture and market small, lightweight Personal Snow Vehicles. We will create
a new market segment, the PSV (Personal Snow Vehicle), much like the Personal Water Craft
(PWC) market. Our SR vehicles will also penetrate the traditional snowmobile market by offering a
vehicle that provides more ease of ownership and fun per dollar than is currently available.
THE TECHNOLOGY We developed and own the patented technology that makes single ski snowmobiles stable and easy
to ride. This is our competitive advantage. Our patented (patent issued March 9, 2009) FAST ski
makes the SR stable and easy to ride for beginners, yet offers extreme performance for the
enthusiast in off trail deep powder snow. There are an additional 5 pending patents on our SSR line
of vehicles. The Sierra Snow SR is the vehicle for the Snowboard generation of extreme winter
sports enthusiasts.
THE MARKET The target market for our SR vehicles is the extensive1.6 Million off-road vehicle customers who
currently purchase both winter and summer recreational vehicles. Initially, we will be specifically
targeting the existing $1.6B snowmobile market, with teenagers 13 or older, as a second or

additional vehicle purchase. Additionally, our ongoing strategy will be consistently marketing into
the rapidly expanding Gen Y group of extreme sports enthusiasts including snowboarders,
motorcyclists, DQGWKHRZQHUVRI$79¶Vand personnel watercraft.
MARKETING To accomplish our Sales goals, Sierra Snow will tap into the existing Sales network of independent
distributors throughout North America Europe and Canada. These dealers typically sell multiple
types of sporting vehicles representing both our existing and expanding market buyer opportunities.
The addition of our SR vehicles to their show rooms provides them with a new and growing revenue
stream which includes our winning combination of patent pending customizable and upgradeable
features. Currently, we have commitments from distributors to showcase the SR immediately
following the production of our first 50 units. Our "out of the box" design and trend setting styling give
us the most innovative and recognizable product to come to the winter sports market since the
invention of the snowboard. Our winning combination of the appropriate cost point and margin will
capture their loyalty and the market need for a cost reduced exciting snow vehicle, for winter
motorsports enthusiasts everywhere.
Ultimately, Sierra Snow will capture the market lead in powered snow vehicles, creating a new
market cap and dominating the segment for years to come.
COMPETITION There is competition from the snowmobiling industry. All of the four major manufactures are trying to
attract that elusive Gen Y consumer ± and not having much luck. Their answer to attract new
snowmobile enthusiasts is to make a less expensive ($9,000 - $10,000), low horsepower, 400 lb.
version of what they have been making for thirty years. Sierra Snow believes they are missing a
tremendous opportunity; the chance to expand their customer base into a demographic who will be
inclined to purchase small, easy to transport, ride and store snow vehicles. The competition currently
manufactures sleds that are expensive, large, heavy, difficult to transport and require considerable
storage.
REVENUE Our SR vehicles will sell for $5,000- $8,000. We project first season sales to be $695,000 and
second season sales to be $4.7M based on unit sales of 100 and 1,000 respectively and including
aftermarket accessories and clothing sales.

demo models, put on a United States marketing campaign and allow for a first year production run of
100 vehicles. Our focus in that first year will be absolute attention to quality products and marketing
to ensure customer satisfaction, positive press coverage and brand awareness.
Our investor exit strategy is a 4-5 year acquisition or change of ownership.
