Case Study
You have been hired as the office manager at Fish-R-Us a fish sales and
distribution company. You supply fish to all the pet stores in the city. Your
first job is to help set up the head office with all kinds of computer
hardware. You have to fill in a purchase declaration form and purchase
order form.
Fish-R-Us has 8 employees working in an office: 1 secretary, 1 office
manger (you) and 6 sales people. Some of the tasks that the employees do:
• Watch fish DVDs to find new interesting fish to sell
• Create brochures of the fish for the retailers including pictures
Eight very slow computers have already been purchased but someone forgot
the following items. It’s your responsibility to use the Internet to research what
these items are for and to decide how many are needed.
Fill in the purchase declaration form using full sentences. This is used to
