STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The Training Team, composed of selected volunteers from various areas of the plant,
aids our high performance teams by providing high quality training that is pertinent to
the development of the teams and team members.
GOALS
1. Provide high quality team training of the introductory modules (How Teams Work,
Meeting Skills and Conflict Resolution) to appropriate teams by ______________.
2. Increase the competency of trainers and their knowledge base in the area of
teaming and training by achieving certified trainer status by _________________.
