Power of Attorney Guidelines The Power of Attorney should bear a company stamp or corporate seal, signed by registrant. The Power of Attorney must be an original. In the absence of a stamp or seal the Power of Attorney should be notarized at any Notary Public. a. In case of a device, provide us with the logos or devices. Registration number: Provide us with the registration number and date of registration. In case of a new registration, registration number and date of registration will be assigned by the Bureau for Intellectual Property in Suriname. f. Classes and goods: Please provide us a list of class(es) and goods. New regulations of the Bureau require this list to be printed on a separate page. Note: The Power of Attorney should be made out in the English as well as in the Dutch language. Dutch is the official language in Suriname. The Law requires that all official documents should be made in Dutch. Please do not make changes to the Power document, other than providing the data needed to file the application at the Bureau for Intellectual Property in Suriname.
