The new addition to the Ankeny Campus will include a 77,000-square-foot student activities complex attached to an 88,000-square-foot student recreation center to be built between Buildings 4 and 5. CARROLL CAMPUS DMACC’s Carroll Campus now offers student housing that’s close, newly remodeled and exclusively for DMACC students. There are 18 individual bedrooms and a common space to enjoy relaxing time with friends, watching TV, studying or just visiting. Cable TV, on-site laundry and utilities are all included.
