Are you a Mill Creek
Resident?
A resident is any person who lives within
the city limits of Mill Creek. This is not to
be confused with school attendance or zip
code. City and School District boundaries
are not the same. Most programs/classes
have different fees for residents and non–
residents. Mill Creek residents make a
significant contribution to the City’s financing
and operation through city property taxes.
Therefore, Mill Creek residents receive a
discount off the regular class fee. To ensure
equity, non-residents (those living outside
the Mill Creek city limits) will pay the regular
program or facility fee.
