This poem contains a great and important lesson. Anger causes fear and
reluctancy to talk to others. In order to solve issues, one must consult
their close friends and/or their family. The poem's message was striking
and it was extremely relevant.

A speaker discusses that isolation is a main problem in the world. Money
cannot buy one's happiness, and one must find friends instead.
Content / CM / Meaning? / Theme(s)?
This poem says that isolation is the main fear of all humans. Nobody
wants to be isolated, nor forgotten. Also, money cannot guarantee one's
true happiness and even the rich become lonely. It is better to have
friendship rather than money.

Mary Angelou's poem teaches an important lesson to society, and it says
that friendship triumphs over money and profits. This poem is fantastic
because its lesson is definitely relevant to today's standards. I agree with
everything stated in the poem.
