Date: To Be Removed By: 12/05/2014 12/19/2014 JOB OPENING Job Title: Regional HRD Specialist Location: Major Service Center in each Region Department: Human Resources Development Job Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of Human Resources Development Specialist is to Develop and prepare class materials to teach as assigned at the Corporate office and in the field. Conduct training classes and courses to all levels throughout the company. Support the training database by entering data into SAP for training records and annual reports. Develop company webinars and teach webinars for the company. Maintain company internal employee relations website. Train the trainer at Service Centers located throughout the US. Supervise and manage companywide online learning programs. Research web based and live training courses for OD to use. Write reports and distribute data company wide. Eligibility Requirements: College degree in Business, HR Management, Communications, Psychology, Industrial Education, Marketing or related field Experience in making presentations 1-5 years in training, education, HR development, HR or business experience Excellent working knowledge of computer software, developing power points Maintaining and updating websites a plus Previous SAP experience a plus Travels 35-50% of the time Excellent oral communication skills a must Excellent written communication skills a must Ability to work well with and communicate effectively with a variety of people HOW TO APPLY: Candidates must have six (6) months company experience as a regular employee and completed a minimum of 6-month service in present department. 1.
