- Unofficial Transcripts (grades 6-12)
- Discipline Incidents (grades 6-12)
When you select any of your children, you will link to the Grades Summary.
The blue arrow points to the child whose report is in the view window.
Please note that during the 2011-12 school year, elementary online grades are in the planning stage.
The first view of the gradebook is the Grade Summary.
The Grade Summary includes assignments teachers have entered
in the gradebook.
Assignments include:
 Past due assignments – indicated by orange icons
 Assignments due today
 Future assignments
Schedule shows all classes,
both active and inactive.
Scores are listed for active
classes.
Dropped classes and second
semester classes are listed as
inactive.
Click on the class grade to see
an assignment view.
Another way to see the assignment view is to choose
from the Class Report drop down menu.
Select a specific class from the drop down menu.

Click on Teacher Email to see a list of your
student’s teachers.

Attendance Report
The student schedule, including any schedule changes, will appear at the top of the Attendance
Report. In the Detailed Attendance section, the most important items are the Date, Class and the
attendance code. Please ignore the “Hour #” – this is a database coding that we are working with our
vendor to remove. In the Attendance Summary section, you can see attendance totals by class.
Note: If a student had attendance information for a class that was dropped, you will still see that dropped
class’ attendance in the summary.
