This would allow authenticated and encrypted communications between the remote computers. This program may have alrea a Linux client to connect to the remote network. If you are using a windows client, we recommend you to use an open source software like cygwin 2.2 Obtain the Secure Key File from Amazon A secure key file is required to connect to the remote machine. Please obtain this key file from Amazon. 2.3 Connect to the Remote Machines Using the Key File Use ssh to connect to the remote machines. You should use two separate cygwin shell or command windows to connect to the respective tier. For eg: To connect to the DB Tier ssh -i mykey-oracle.pem root@ec2-174-129-65-213.compute-1.amazonaws.com To connect to the Application Tier ssh -i mykey-oracle.pem root@ec2-204-236-244-202.compute-1.amazonaws.com Pre-configured user accounts/password User : oracle Password: oracle User : root 1 of 4 3/7/2011 9:58 PM https://support.oracle.com/CSP/main/article?cmd=show&type=NOT&id...
