RESOLUTION Acting on the recommendation of the Chairman of the Committee on Revision of the Rules of Court submitting for this Court’s consideration and approval the Proposed Amendment To The Rule On Summary Procedure Of Criminal Cases To Include Within Its Coverage Violations Of B.P. Blg. 22, Otherwise Known As The Bouncing Checks Law, the Court Resolved to APPROVE the same. Scope. — This rule shall govern the summary procedure in the Metropolitan Trial Courts, the Municipal Trial Courts in Cities, the Municipal Trial Courts, and the Municipal Circuit Trial Courts in the following cases falling within their jurisdiction: A.
