APPLICATION PROCESS:
The MST Program is offered to students entering Francis Libermann C.H.S in Grade 9 for September 2015.
To be considered for this program each candidate must be complete and/or submit the following items:
1.
Application Package: Student Application Form, Grade 8 Teacher Recommendation Form &
Report Card (Grade 7 - June 2014)
2. MST Entrance Exam (Tuesday, November 25, 2014) @ 4pm (Cafeteria)
Dates and Important Information:
1. Send an E-mail message confirming the student’s intention to write M.S.T. Entrance Exam to ‘Ms. Laila
Velocci, Vice-Principal’ (laila.velocci@tcdsb.org). Deadline: Friday November 21, 2014.
2. Submit a completed Application Package (see above) to Francis Libermann ON November 25 prior
to the MST Test (3:00pm-3:50pm).
3. MST Entrance Exam at Francis Libermann C.H.S on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 4pm.
4. Acceptance Letters for Libermann-MST will be mailed to applicants on Monday, February 2, 2015.
