What must you never do with the objective? 5. Which adjustment knob should be used first to focus the image in the eyepiece? 6. What is the proper way to clean up a lab area when you are done with your microscope? 7. Now that you know how to work a microscope, it is time to practice. You and your partner will each look at 3 prepared slides under the microscope. For each slide, you will write the name of the slide, write five different complete sentence observations you noticed about observing the slide, and draw a sketch of what you see.
