 Introduction and expectations (get pamphlet, download and use worksheet
from meritbadge.org).
 Continue to track income and expenses (requirement #2) – you ought to
have started this in late December, 2014.
January 15, 2015 (Warriors) and January 22, 2015 (Brave)
 Complete tracking your use of time for one week and bring completed
worksheet to class (requirement #8).
 Identify your idea for the “mock Eagle project” (requirement #9).
January 29, 2015 (Warrior) and February 5, 2015 (Brave)
 Complete the beginning of the major expense purchase requirement (#1),
parts a. and b.1. and be prepared to discuss your work. You will complete
parts b.2., b.3., c.1. and c.2. and then discuss on your next meeting date.
 Track the prices of five major stocks (requirement #5) and come prepared
to discuss your findings.
 We will discuss requirement #3 (emotions and values regarding money) in
class.
February 12, 2015 (Warrior) and February 19, 2015 (Brave)
 Complete parts b.2., b.3., c.1. and c.2. of requirement #1 (family major
purchase) and be prepare to discuss.
 Bring in your income and expenses worksheet – which should be
approximately one-half done at this time – for review (requirement #2).
 Bring in your work to discuss so far for the “mock Eagle project”
(requirement #9).

and be prepared to discuss in class.
 Define the concepts discussed in requirement #7 (loans and borrowing
money) and be prepared to discuss in class.
March 12, 2015 (Warrior) and March 19, 2015 (Brave)
 Define the concepts discussed in requirement #6 (advantages and
disadvantages of types of investments) and be prepared to discuss in class.
 Investigate and discuss a possible carrier you might pursue and what might
be its limitations (requirement #10).
March 26, 2015 (Warrior) and April, 2, 2015 (Brave)
 Bring in your completed income and expenses worksheet – which should
now be done – for review and discussion (requirement #2).
 Bring in your completed work to discuss for the “mock Eagle project”
(requirement #9).
 Turn in blue card for your completed badge.
