Our Personal Trainers are educated to a standard that is among the highest for any facility in Calgary. Achieve your goals! At a minimum, our trainers have completed a minimum of a one-year program in personal training from a recognized postsecondary institution, such as Mount Royal University or The University of Calgary. Several have diplomas or degrees in fitness-related studies such as kinesiology. Individualized Personal Training (12+ years) • Build strength and/or work on your cardiovascular endurance • Train with a program that is custom-designed for you to meet your goals Need more information? Options include Pilates, Kickboxing, Yoga, Aqua Fitness, and more. One-Hour Fitness Assessment (12+ years) Take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle with a one-hour fitness assessment. We’ll measure your overall fitness level, discuss the results with you, and make recommendations for improvements. Custom Program Design (12+ years) Let our team of professionals design a customized program to keep you motivated, make the best use of your time and help you attain your fitness goals. An initial half-hour consultation is followed by a one-hour session.
