The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires that Liberty has a completed waiver from your enrolled student before discussing his or her educational or financial information with you. Using Liberty’s FERPA PIN system, the student may grant permission for the university to release some or all private information to designated persons.
