A Thyroid – Located in the neck and is part of the endocrine system. It produces essential hormones that controls the heart rate, metabolism, and body temperature. Thymus–Locatedintheupperpartofthechest,behindthebreastbone,andispartoftheimmunesystem.ItsfunctionistotransformlymphocytesintoT-cells.
