Standard Instructions for Contributors to Edited Collections
Please find attached a Contributor Agreement which we will need you to sign and return to enable
us to be able to include your contribution in our collection.
We would be grateful if you would:





Complete your name(s) and the title of the contribution (chapter) at the top of the page
Print a copy of the Contributor Agreement and sign in the box at the foot of the page
(please note that if the contribution has more than one author, all authors must be named
at the top of the page and all authors must sign in the box at the foot of the page)
Scan a copy of the fully completed and signed document
E-mail the scanned completed and signed document to the me along with your full name
and address details. Please note that your name and address will be sent to the publisher
to enable them to send out your copy of the collection on publication. Please therefore do
ensure that you inform me of any change of address in the intervening period. Failure to
provide address details will result in no final copy of the collection being sent out to you.
Retain a copy of the fully completed and signed agreement for your records
