Exclusion of warranty: The pleasure craft is sold without any warranty other than the express warranties given below (clause 1).
Warranty cannot be excluded for damage caused by the seller’s gross negligence or deliberate breach of duty and for injuries to life, body and health.
The seller assigns any warranty claims against third parties to the buyer.
1. The seller warrants:
that he/she is the owner of the pleasure craft and all additional equipment and accessories
that the pleasure craft is fitted with the following additional equipment or accessories: (e.g. boat trailer)
that the pleasure craft, while owned by the seller, has had no accident damage, that its hull was not repaired or mended and that there was no other loss or damage
except the following (number, type and extent):

4. Applicable law
