INTERNATIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Payment terms can be chosen from the following options:
A) - 45% of total amount by signed Purchase order
- 45% of total amount prior to delivery
- 10% 30 days after delivery
B) Letter of Credit
All delivered goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
2. All orders are EXW EX WORKS (... named place) "Ex works" means the seller's only responsibility is to
make the goods available at the seller's premises, i.e., the works or factory. The seller is not
responsible for loading the goods on the vehicle provided by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. The
buyer bears the full costs and risk involved in bringing the goods from there to the desired
destination. Ex works represents the minimum obligation of the seller.
3. Quotation is firm fixed price and is valid for 30 days.
4. Delivery, estimated at 6 to 8 weeks, is subject to parts availability at time of order.
5. System documentation includes a complete operations and maintenance manual describing
operation, maintenance, data formats, what the data mean, etc. The documentation does not
include schematics of the hardware or source code listings of the software.
6. The manufacturer warrants that its goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship for
a period of 12 months from the date of original shipment.
7. Canceling an order. Following a grace period of 2 weeks After Receipt of Order, canceling an order
will incur a restocking fee of 5% **per week After Receipt of Order. Thus beginning in the third week
After Receipt of Order, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged and increased by 5% for each
additional week After Receipt of Order.
**The fee pertains to the total charge of the purchase order.
