seller. You will also know the maximum dollar

5) Once we have successfully negotiated a
purchase agreement, I will help you select a
home inspector. After the inspection, I will
review the report with you to determine if any
negotiation is needed with the seller regarding
the repairs.
6) When the appraisal is completed, I will review
it for accuracy.
7) If there are any lender required repairs or
conditions resulting from the home inspection
or appraisal, I will negotiate these items with
the seller. I represent you; the purchaser, and
your best interests are always my number one
concern.
8) Prior to signing all the closing documents, I
will review them for accuracy and determine if
all the conditions of the purchase agreement
have been met. This will protect you from any
last minute surprises and ensure a smooth
closing.
I, as your exclusive agent, will ensure the
smoothest transaction from beginning to end, at
no cost to you. You are probably wondering how
I can do all this without any cost from you---the
seller pays the commission. In order for me to
