Morrison Child & Family Services requires a vendor who has demonstrated experience in designing organizational websites, demonstrates clear understanding of principals of design, and expertise with best practices regarding successful design, development, and deployment. About Morrison Child and Family Services Morrison Child and Family Services delivers specialized services to children, from birth to age 18, and low-income families coping with adversity and trauma in the greater Portland area. Our award-winning programs recognize the importance of equity and inclusion, supporting the growth of underserved children to enhance their safety, development, education, and future success. As the largest and longestrunning children's mental health agency in Oregon, Morrison strives to meet the psycho-emotional needs of young people and deliver vital support services to their families. Through our day treatment, outpatient, education & outreach, prevention, residential, shelter and foster care programs our agency provides innovative, evidence-based services to at-risk youth who may not otherwise have a place to turn for developmentally appropriate mental health support. Project Background Morrison's 2014/2015 Website Enhancement Project aims to completely overhaul the agency's current website, designing one with an attractive interface that is user-friendly and intuitive for potential funders and donors, and clients. Morrison's existing website was designed 5 years ago by a company that is no longer in business; consequently, administrators have very little access to edit, update, improve or add website pages. In addition, the current website has Flash throughout and we would like to move away from design elements that cannot be changed without hiring a design professional.
