LABORATORY REPORT FORMAT:
Lab. Reports should be consisting of four main parts which are Title Page, Introduction,
Calculations and Discussion of the Results.
1) Title Page;
In the title page, name, surname, id number and date of the experiment have to be
stated.
2) Introduction;
In the introduction part, the object of the experiment has to be explained briefly with
one or two sentences.
3) Calculations;
In the calculations part, the recorded data and calculated results have to be given.
Tabular form can be used for the results wherever it is possible. For each result, the
solution procedure has to be shown and for repeating calculations indication for one of
them will be adequate.
4) Discussion of the Results;
In the discussion part, necessary comments about the results have to be made.
