AT Immersion Weekend Workshop
Braille Plus Mobile Manager
Saturday & Sunday, October 29-30, 2011

This weekend workshop will immerse you in the Braille Plus Mobile Manager, highlighting
its use in the school environment. Conducted by Maria Delgado, from the American Printing
House for the Blind, you will learn menus and navigation, primary application programs
such as email, music player, library, and word processor, as well as, network management
and the creating and transferring of files. Participants will discuss various functions and
then have the opportunity to practice through many hands-on activities over the 1 ½ day
workshop. The emphasis is on hands-on practice that enables the participants to leave the
workshop feeling confident in working with their students.
