restrict each presenter to finish the presentation in 30 minutes,
leaving 15 minutes for interactive discussion with other
workshop participants. It worked pretty well in the SingaporeHong Kong International Real Estate Research Symposium held in
Singapore July 2003, and hopefully it will work equally well in this
workshop as well.
