6 DRESSING ROOM & CATERING :
The Promoter shall provide two (2) large air-conditioned lockable dressing rooms for the sole use of
the artists. These rooms shall be cleaned immediately before the artists arrive for soundcheck and be
tidy and respectable. The keys shall be handed to the Artist/Crew/Tour Manager on arrival at the
venue. To be furnished with comfortable chairs or sofa, a table, large lighted mirror, power sockets and
complete with private toilet/bathroom with hot and cold running water.

Eight (8) bottles of 0.5 L spring water with no gas, type Evian
One (1) bottle of orange juice
One (1) bottle of apple juice
One (1) bottle of good quality champagne
A choice of vegetable dips
A choice of pastries, for example chocolate cake, biscuits, etc…
A choice of peanuts
Ustensils, cups, glasses for four (4) people
DRESSING ROOM N° 2 : musicians












Twelve (12) bottles of 0.5 L spring water with no gas, type Evian
Twelve (18) good quality beers
One (1) bottle of good quality red wine
One (1) bottle of milk
Selection of coldcuts sufficient for six (6) people to consist of cheese, chicken and mixed salads
A choice of vegetable dips and tortilla chips
White and brown bread, butter, honey
A bowl of fresh fruits (green apples, oranges, pears, bananas)
Napkins, glasses, paper cups, pepper, salt, mustard
Hot water, black and mint tea
A choice of pastries, for example chocolate cake, biscuits, etc…
One (1) bottle of quality whisky
For the evening meals
buy out is 30€ (or equivalent) per person for 8 people
or
A hot & complete meal for 5 people + buy out 30 € per person for 3 people
7 VARIOUS :
The organizer must provide a map of the city with an indication of access to the venue and the hotel as
well as a complete map of the venue.
A site for the merchandising will have to be envisaged in a secure area with a large table and a chair.

The opening of the gates, the extinction of the lights of the room will be done in agreement with the
manager of the group. 25 invitations must be at the disposal of the producer and the group.

It is necessary to envisage a front sound engineer, a monitor engineer and a lighting engineer.
1 STAGE
The stage must have at least the following dimensions: 8m X 6m X 1m wings of sound not
included/understood and will have to be able to support a load of 500 kg/m2. The stage will have to
have ten electrical connectors 220V with ground, the voltage between the neutral and the ground will
have to be 0 volt.
Direct access to the stage from both sides by cleared staircases.
 Provide 1 riser with carpet 10’X 13’ X 2’ for the drums (2,5m X 2,5m X 0,50m)
2 HOUSE SYSTEM
105 DB SPL required at the front desk ( whatever the place of the concert ) with Turbo sound or EAW
or Martin audio . All different systems with sub bass. For an audience of 500 persons :6000 real watts
required for example
