SMI/TDY 26th September 2013 Dear Parent/Guardian Re: Turkey Trip 2014 Unfortunately we have had to cancel our proposed trip to Tunisia next year due to the airline withdrawing their flights and because of this we are now re-advertising an alternative trip to students. I have been working with our tour operator, Travelbound, to come up with an alternative option for a trip that is both very interesting and worthwhile and the good news is that we can travel to Turkey for exactly the same price. I have enclosed an outline itinerary for Turkey for you to consider whether you would like your son to be part of this trip. The cost will remain the same £770 and the dates of travel will be Saturday 5th April returning on Friday 11th April. The price of this trip is based on 47 students travelling. In order to secure a place on this trip we need to pay a deposit of £200 per student by 11 th October. The final balance of £570 will need to be paid by 24th January 2014. Should you agree for your child to take part in this trip, then please complete and return the reply slip below together with a £200 deposit (Cheques should be made payable to Northampton School for Boys with student name/form and trip destination on the back). Please note that all reply slips should be completed and returned to me by Wednesday 9th October. Yours faithfully Mrs S Minai Trip Coordinator TDY\\\win2k3srv\TDY$\RESED\Tunisia\2014\Turkey letter readvertise.docx REPLY SLIP TO MRS MINAI – G1 BY 9th OCTOBER.
