The Mid-Term Exam consists of 35 questions total and is cumulative up to this point.
Question formats include: fill-in-the-blank, multiple choice, matching & short answer.

 What does “SMART” stand for when goal setting
 What type of training to do when trying to increase stride frequency & stride length

 Plyometric warm-up drills, plyometric drills, and the levels of intensity (which is
more intense than the other)
