All homework must be STAPLED in left-hand corner if not one point would be taken off your homework grade. 2. If paper has perforated edge on left, i.e., must have been torn cleanly when submitted for grading. 3. First page of each assignment must be legibly labeled at the right-hand top with: First line: LAST NAME first, followed by comma, then FIRST NAME (use name as listed on class roll, not nickname). Second line: COURSE #, SECTION # Third line: INSTRUCTOR’S NAME 4. Put ASSIGNMENT NUMBER (page number or chapter/section number, question numbers) before starting to work the problem 5. Each problem must be worked in the assigned order (i.e., do not work problem 25, then problem 14, then problem 3). 6. Assignments must be done in pencil or blue/black ink. Please do not use red. 7. Answers must be boxed, circled or highlighted—and only the answer. 8. If there are graphs, please label the scale, else we have to make assumptions. 9. Follow the instructions on the assignment. 10. NO LATE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. STUDENT EVALUATION OF TEACHING The site https://evaluate.unt.edu/ will open up for student input(the dates would be announced later during the semester). Please make sure that you do the evaluations as it is MANDATORY, and final grade would be released only after the student completes the evaluation. This syllabus is subject to change, as the instructor deems necessary. Any changes will be announced during regular class time.
