ATTENDANCE AND MAKE-UP TEST POLICIES: Historical PHONE: 940-565-2570 evidence shows that students who attend all classes ALWAYS earn better grades than those who don’t. GRADING POLICY: Homework will be due almost every Tuesday. The best ten homework scores will be scaled to be worth 250 points. There will be three exams, each will be scaled to be worth 250 points. The lowest of the three exam scores and the homework score will be dropped. The best three out of four scores on the exams and the homeworks will be count for 75% of the grade (750 points). The final is 8:00-10:00 Tuesday, December 12. It will be comprehensive and will count for 25% of the grade (250 points). The final will have problems similar to the problems on the tests - about 1/3 of the final from each test. It is the responsibility of students with certified disabilities to provide the instructor with appropriate documentation from the Dean of Students Office.
